NAVAL AMPHIBIOUS BASE CORONADO (Jan. 25, 2019) - Commanders, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CNSP) and U.S. Atlantic Fleet (CNSL) Vice Adm. Richard Brown and Rear Adm. Jesse Wilson conduct the second coordinated staff talks Jan. 24. Staff talks are an effort to align staff processes and policies between Pacific and Atlantic staffs in order to continue driving the Surface Force toward a culture of excellence and prepare it to transition readiness into lethality in an era of a renewed great power competition.
