The future EUROPOL NCIS liaison officer will represent both NCIS and EUCOM interests in transnational law enforcement and security matters of interest to the U.S. Navy and EUCOM. The liaison position requires geographical combatant command sponsorship prior to assignment in the EUCOM area of responsibility and specifically supports EUCOM’s “whole of society” approach to interagency partnering in security cooperation.
