PHUKET, THAILAND (Jan. 25, 2019) Capt. Brian Mutty, commanding officer of Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) and RADM Wittanarat Gajaseni, Chief of Staff, Naval Area Command Three, center, and members of the Royal Thai navy pose for a photo while visiting Phuket, Thailand.
