Phillip Jones, strategic sealift officer, Expeditionary Port Unit 115 (EPU 115), teams-up with kids of the Drop-In Center during a community relations event at Pattaya, Thailand, Jan. 28. EPU 115 conducts expeditionary port operations in support of worldwide operations and contingencies.
