Bill Klemp with the Western Wisconsin Health Emergency Response Coalition gives a briefing during the first Vigilant Triad Hazardous Material and Mass-Casualty Seminar on Jan. 24, 2019, in building 905 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The seminar included presentations from Klemp and Canadian Pacific Railroad representatives. The goal of the seminar was to help prepare the Fort McCoy workforce for the Vigilant Triad 2019 exercise later in the year. Additionally, the intent was to improve the installation's ability to support the post community before, during, and after a natural, manmade accidental, or intentional event. The seminar was organized by the Fort McCoy Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T. Sturkol, Public Affairs Office, Fort McCoy, Wis.)
