NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 30, 2019) Electrician's Mate Fireman Jordan Redd, from Connorsville, Indiana, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, conducts a quality check on a power conversion subsystem in an electromagnetic aircraft launching system (EMALS) room.
