U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 391st Mobile Augmentation Company (MAC), Boise, Idaho, with the help of an observer Controller (OC), inspect a Mine Clearing Line Charge (MICLIC) to ensure all safety measures are in place and that it will function properly during the life-fire exercise at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California, January 21, 2019.
