Soldiers with Charlie Company, 9th Engineers [C-9-E], 3rd Infantry Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, ground guide a dump truck to fill Hesco Barriers at an Iraqi police sub-station in Al Ramadi, June 12. The sub-station was attacked with a vehicle borne improvised explosive device a week ago and now is undergoing increased force protection. C-9-E is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
