Command Sgt. Maj. Bruce Stowe of Northfield, Minn., and Commander of the 788th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, Capt. Amir Abu-Akeel observe the placement of Kuwait ordnance set to be destroyed. According to Capt. Abu-Akeel, some of the ordnance is over 30 years old. The ordnance is detonated with one block of Composition 4, which will cause the rest of the ordnance to detonate. This detonation took place at Udari Range, Kuwait on Dec. 28, 2011.
