Spc. Jesse Rudd, a Blaine, Minn., native stationed at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division lowers the American Flag as it flied outside of the Area Support Group-Kuwait during the first few days of the 2012. The Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division is currently stationed at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, in support of Operation New Dawn. They are scheduled to return back to Minnesota in the spring.
