U.S. Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Eugene LeBoeuf, commander of the 79th Theater Sustainment, gives opening remarks during the 4th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) yearly training brief at Fort Sam Houston, Texas on February 2, 2019. Maj. Gen. LeBoeuf stressed the importance of individual soldier readiness, physical fitness, medical readiness and being fiscally responsible while conducting training. Brigade command teams from across the 4th ESC took turns updating Maj. Gen LeBoeuf on what training their units are preparing for to ensure they are ready to deploy in support of future operations.
