Tech. Sgt. Travis Hall de-ices a wing of a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft at the167th Airlift Wing, Jan. 24, 2019, as a polar vortex pushed down extremely cold and dangerous temperatures from the arctic into a large portion of the country.
