Navy Lt. j.g. Naomi Ngalle is presented the William B. McIlvaine III “Inspiring Leadership” Award by Navy Capt. Scott Janik, Training Air Wing - 6 Commander, at the National Naval Aviation Museum in Naval Air Station Pensacola, Feb. 1, 2019. The award is presented to an outstanding graduate from the advanced T-45 syllabus, as selected by a combined instructor and student vetting process to identify a leader, who extols selfless virtues and exemplary officer-like qualities.
