190124-N-UN413-1013 TINIAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Jan. 24, 2019) Builder 3rd Class Thomas Parham, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, Det. Tinian, drills screws into sheet metal for a temporary emergency roof for a home that was damaged during Super Typhoon Yutu. Service members from Joint Region Marianas and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command are providing Department of Defense support to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands' civil and local officials as part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency-supported Super Typhoon Yutu recovery efforts.
