FORT RILEY, Kansas – A then, 2nd Lt. Scott W. Mueller, Glenview, Illinois native, platoon leader, recites the oath of enlistment with Cpl. Joseph Felli, Long Island, New York native, armor crewman, both assigned to Company D, 1st Battalion, 43rd Armored Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, during Joseph Felli’s reenlistment ceremony on an M1 Abrams tank at Fort Riley, Kansas, February 1996.
