U.S. Marine Corps Col. Nicholas Davis, assistant chief of staff G-3/5, Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, gives his remarks to local media during a tour of Onslow Beach on MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, on Feb. 6, 2019.
