Sgt. 1st Class Larry Carter, a rigger with the 300th Sustainment Brigade, watches soldiers from the Sultan of Oman's Parachute Regiment practice building a sustainment-drop sized door bundle according to U.S. doctrine for the first time in Rabkoot, Oman, Feb. 4, 2019. They are conducting their training during Inferno Creek 19, a bilateral training exercise designed to build interoperability between the U.S. Army and the Royal Army of Oman. During the exercise, both militaries are developing shared understanding of each other’s tactics, techniques and procedures to build proficiency and work together to support long-term regional stability.
