INDIAN OCEAN (Feb. 4, 2019) A rigid-hull inflatable boat transits to the guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) from a Seychelles coast guard ship in support of Exercise Cutlass Express 2019 in the Indian Ocean, Feb. 4, 2019.
