Lt. Gen. John M. Paxton, Marine Forces Africa commanding general, speaks to more than 50 Marine spouses and 20 United States Army Garrison Stuttgart community leaders at a Family Readiness town hall meeting held at the Panzer Kaserne Chapel, Jan. 11. Paxton, who also heads the Family Readiness Committee for the Marine Corps talked to the history of the program, the tools available and the impact of financial restraints. He was joined by Lt. Gen. Dennis J. Hejlik, Marine Forces Europe, commanding general.
