U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, contractors use a laser-guided screed machine to place concrete on Fort Sill as part of a training support facility construction project, 2 Feb. 2018. According to USACE officials, the slab for this project is 24-inch thick and reinforced with two mats of #8 rebar on 12-inch center.
