    Kathleen Nichols, niece of Chaplain (Ret. Lt. Col.) Elmer Heindl, stands with Command Sgt. Maj. (Ret.) Nichols was an honored guest at the ceremony and represented her uncle, who had the 98th Training Division (IET) headquarters in Fort Benning, Georgia named after him.
