Marine Corps Recruiting Command recently replaced the Military Personnel Procurement Manual, the book that dictates how a recruiter does their job, with the online and more user friendly Enlistment Processing Manual. The switch will make it easier for recruiters to find the information they need and will enable policy makers to rapidly update and disseminate the latest changes.
