The Ground Renewable Expeditionary Energy Network System consists of a series of solar panels which collect energy and store them in four high energy lithium battery packs. The GREENS system allows forward deployed troops the opportunity to use a renewable energy source instead of fossil fuels or batteries that cannot be recharged.
