U.S. Air Force Maj. Tim Riley assumed command of the 165th Civil Engineer Squadron in a change of command ceremony Feb. 9, 2019 at the Savannah Air National Guard Base in Georgia. Riley previously served as the Base Civil Engineer where he was responsible for facility operations and maintenance, development planning, engineering design and construction management, real property, environmental services, fire department operations and emergency management services supporting the installation.
