Vice Admiral Brian Brown, commander Naval Information Forces, gave the opening remarks at the National African-American Black History Month ceremony held Feb. 5. The program included the Symphonic orchestra from Colonel Fred Cherry Middle School and guest speaker Ms. Beth Austin, a registrar and historian for the Hampton History Museum.
