Michael Koval, both military police officers with the command element of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), demonstrate Mechanized Advantage Control Hold techniques during an Oleoresin Capsicum course aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) while on a deployment of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 13th MEU.
