Navy Lt. Cmdr. Mark Murphy, Mechanical Engineer, and 1st Lt. Sean Eagan, Civil Affairs Group, Task Force 1-77 [CAG TF 1-77], 3rd Infantry Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, inspect the machinery at the Asphalt Factory in Ar Ramadi, June 25. Renovations and upgrades have been conducted throughout the factory as part of the reconstruction process of Ar Ramadi. CAG TF 1-77 is deployed with Multi-National Forces West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi Security Forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
