U.S. Army Soldiers from the 403rd and 404th Civil Affairs Battalions, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), speak to Obock, Djibouti, government leaders during a pre-deployment site visit to the region Feb. 14, 2019.
