Contractors carry away a cornerstone located at the Navy Annex as Washington Headquarters Services, in coordination with the Department of the Navy, oversees the historical stone's removal, representing the upcoming demolition of the entire Navy Annex building. The land where the historical building has been located will be used for a proposed heritage center and black history museum along with additional space for Arlington National Cemetery.
