Marines with Military Police Detachment, Combat Logistics Battalion 24, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, process a simulated detainee here with the Secure Electronic Enrollment Kit (SEEK) Jan. 27, 2012. The detainee was captured during a mock raid conducted by 24th MEU's Force Reconnaissance Platoon and the Security Element Platoon, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 24th MEU, at a Virginia Beach police training facility in Creeds. The raid was part of the 24th MEU's Realistic Urban Training (RUT) exercise scheduled Jan. 5-20, which focuses on conducting off-base missions near the towns of Farmville and Creeds to prepare for the various operations they may conduct while deployed.
