Humvee and Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected vehicle egress trainers sit in a warehouse Jan. 13 inside the Training Support Center at Fort Carson, Colo. Training coordinators made sure the new building, which finished with construction in December, included conference and break rooms, a maintenance shop, indoor areas for vehicle egress trainers and an outdoor pad for placing trailer-based simulators. The new 80,000 square-foot facility is more than four times the size of the previous center.
