U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. John Rudd, an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 3, and the Talon, an EOD robot, move to the simulated improvised explosive device (IED) during simulated Continental United States IED training, Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, Feb. 21, 2019.
