190128-N-IK388-0086 NORFOLK (Jan. 28, 2019) Yeoman 1st Class Kelly Pyron, assigned to U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) Command, and Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Airman Whitney Gaines, assigned to aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) demonstrates the operational wearability of the flame-resistant, two-piece organizational clothing prototype on the flight deck. USFF will conduct a second test of the prototype later this year. The goal of the initiative is to provide a no-cost, safe, and comfortable organizational clothing option to the improved, flame-resistant variant (IFRV) coverall.
