ATLANTIC OCEAN (Feb. 20, 2019) Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Bill Moran speaks to Sailors aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Leyte Gulf (CG 55). Leyte Gulf is underway conducting a composite unit training exercise (COMPTUEX) with Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 12.
