Joshua Rose, a squad leader and helicopter rope suspension techniques master assigned to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, instructs Marines and Sailors on how to mount a fast rope during rappelling training in the lower vehicle stowage area aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD -24), Feb. 22, 2019.
