Senior Master Sgt. Michael Supon, Joint Task Force 5 communications superintendent, 107th Attack Wing, New York Air National Guard, troubleshoots email and internet connections for members of the Joint Operations Center, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. The JOC was established yesterday and moved here early this morning. The center manages and maintains operations associated with Governor Andrew Cuomo's activation of the New York Air and Army National Guard. The members of the JOC are just a few of more than 250 Soldiers and Airmen that are being deployed to Western New York for debris clearing missions in support of Operation February Winter Storm.
