Brandon Williford of Tulsa, Okla., an executive assistant with the 364th ESC, during the first aid stage of the Soldier of the Quarter board, Jan. 19, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Nine soldiers competed in the competition, which showcased the best and brightest soldiers from across the command.
