A U.S. Marine with 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, signals to his team before conducting helo-cast training in Kin Blue, Okinawa, Japan, on Feb. 27, 2019. During helo-cast training, Marines will jump from a low altitude helicopter into the water, then climb aboard an inflatable motorized craft.
