A member of Burkinabe Special Program Embassy Augmentation Response (SPEAR) unit moves a role player to a secured location during a simulated terrorist attack in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on Feb. 27, 2019 during Flintlock 2019. Trained and equipped by the U.S. Department of State's Antiterrorism Assistance program, SPEAR is a quick response force responsible for responding within minutes to emergencies involving U.S. diplomatic facilities or personnel.
