Col. Lance Cangelosi briefs Soldiers during a Multi-Component Joint Assessment for deploying Army Reserve and Army National Guard units on Feb. 27, 2019. The MCJA is a week-long opportunity for deploying commands to plan, develop, and execute training plans for success, when they arrive in theater in support of worldwide operations. The assessment will give the brigade a first look at the deploying units and the Soldiers, who the brigade will be assisting and validating for deployment.
