Personnel assigned to the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command’s command operations branch plan, direct, synchronize, coordinate and monitor global surface movements and port operations through subordinate operational commands and strategic seaports. The COC maintains operational oversight of all SDDC operations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
