HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – The 51st Troop Command of the Massachusetts National Guard held a Change of Command ceremony March 2, 2019 as Col. Ronald A. Cupples, Massachusetts National Guard Chief of Staff, relinquished command to Lt. Col. Kenneth P. Wisniewski III.
The event was hosted by Brig. Gen. John. J. Driscoll, the Land Component Commander of the Massachusetts National Guard.
Following the passing of the guidon, Col. Cupples was presented with the Legion of Merit for his hard work, dedication, and leadership, during his time with the 51st.
