190228-N-HV627-1231 CHINHAE, Republic of South Korea (Feb. 28, 2019) Builder 2nd Class Lauren Becker, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Chinhae, attaches expansion board to existing asphalt to protect the asphalt from damage from a concrete placement at Somodo Pier 11 onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
