Rojas, a Soldier attached to the 171st Movement Control Company at Fort Irwin, California, briefs 1st Infantry Division Soldiers on personal safety as well as the safety of wildlife March 3, 2019. Drivers and tactical commanders were told about the limitations of the trail that leads up to Fort Irwin and to be mindful of the endangered Desert Tortoise that wander the area.
