A 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) Soldier drags a 150lb. dummy back to safety during an indoor live-fire training range in Fort Carson, Colorado, February 14, 2019. The dummy represents a downed teammate while the balloon represents an innocent civilian, in which trainees are to avoid harming at all costs. The indoor range tests the operators’ ability to move and communicate in an urban environment, suppressing enemy small-arms fire while quickly rescuing incapacitated teammates in an ambush.
