(Feb. 12, 2019) Aviation Electronics Technician 1st Class Joshua Norris, center, a Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) Lemoore instructor, conducts a safety brief for "BURST" course students to ensure maintenance evolutions are conducted in a safe manner while performing maintenance on the F/A-18 aircraft. CNATTU Lemoore is developing BURST courses to tackle specific critical aviation aircraft maintenance degraders by rapidly creating and delivering training at the point of need. A BURST course complements how training is delivered to Sailors as part of the Navy’s Sailor 2025 Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative.
