Spc. Yunia Cabrera, a liaison at the Ramstein Gateway Reception Center and native of Miami, explains what’s expected of her while in-processing soldiers to the U.S. Army Europe’s assistant deputy chief of staff of personnel, Col. Theodore Fox, and the director of the 1st Human Resources Sustainment Center, Col. Dan Finley, (center), during a walk through rehearsal for the Ramstein Gateway Reception Center’s first Patriot Express flight reception at the Ramstein Airport on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Jan. 30. The reception team at Ramstein Air Base will track flights and delays and be available to receive incoming personnel regardless of the time the flight arrives. The Patriot Express reception liaisons will also help passengers clear customs and get onto prearranged military transportation to their new duty station.
