Members of the 61st Civil Support Team, 87th Troop Command, Arkansas National Guard, gather for an entry brief upon arriving in Northeast Arkansas. The 61st CST is designated as the response element for Crittenden County in the event of a New Madrid Earthquake. Their exercise incorporated several civilian agencies and included water training as preparation for the massive flooding that would accompany an earthquake in the area.
