SAN DIEGO (March 9, 2019) – Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Natalia Murillo, assigned to Navy Reserve Navy Public Affairs Support Element West, and Master-At-Arms 2nd Class Andrew Touchie, assigned to Navy Reserve Naval Security Forces San Diego, work together to demonstrate proper CPR techniques on a manikin during a basic lifesaving skills course Mar. 9 on Naval Air Station North Island.
