A Royal Thai Scout Sniper prepares to conduct joint training with 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, 1st Battalion 4th Marines and 4th Tank Battalion on Camp Ban Chan Krem, Royal Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 16, 2019. The joint live fire training consisted of Royal Thai and U.S. Marine snipers, artillery, light armored vehicles, Humvees and infantry support, demonstrating strength and cohesion during combat-like situations as an integrated force. Cobra Gold is a Thailand and United States co-sponsored Combined Joint Task Force and joint theater security operation exercise conducted with up to 29 nations participating annually in the Royal Kingdom of Thailand.
